Hi! I’m Olivia, and I’m really glad you’re here.

I’m a therapist who is curious about patterns, where they started, and the story they tell. I believe it is important to approach ourselves with compassion. I help my clients understand how their patterns have helped them along the way, while also holding space for things to change when they are not living the life they long for. People often come to me with complicated relationships - with parents, faith, friends, or even parts of themselves - and those relationships go back far. Potentially before they were even born. These relationships can be really disrupting to our sense of peace and safety. I truly believe that it is sacred ground being able to sit with others as they work their way through these trials and find their way back to the peace and belonging that they wish to experience. My goal is to help others see themselves with empathy and understanding and to provide an environment where hope, joy, and the messy in-between can push people toward the life they long for.

My work is rooted in trauma-informed, attachment-based care, and I pull from EMDR, emotionally focused therapy, narrative therapy, and somatic therapy. We’ll talk about emotions, relationships, faith, and how your body carries your story all at a pace that feels safe and supportive. If this resonates with you, please send me an email and let’s set up a free 15 minute consultation to get to know each other more.

About Me

A woman with shoulder-length brown hair, glasses, wearing a brown sweater with a black and white animal print, sitting on a beige armchair with her hands resting on her lap, smiling at the camera in a cozy indoor setting.

Outside of being a therapist, I am a mom, a gardener, a wannabe chef, and someone who feels best with sunshine, a snack, and a book nearby. I love spending time with my family, going outside, trying something new, and finding the cozy things in life. I’m also a long-time Swiftie (Nashville Night 1) which means that I believe in the power of storytelling, emotional honesty, and a really good bridge.

Faith is a central part of my life and shapes how I move through the world - how I sit with suffering, how I hold hope, and how I see people with compassion. I’m endlessly curious about people and the little things that make life meaningful, and I’m so thankful I landed in a role where I get to sit with others in the middle of it all.

Professional

Dried flowers in a clear vase, digital clock showing 11:36, a beige table lamp, and a remote control on a wooden surface against a plain white wall.

I earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wheaton College and have been in the field since 2018. Over the years, I’ve worked in schools, nonprofits, and community mental health settings, supporting clients through a wide range of challenges. I’m trained in EMDR and integrate trauma-informed, attachment-based care into everything I do.

While I’ve worked with all kinds of people, I’m especially passionate about helping women untangle the effects of relational trauma and old emotional patterns so they can move forward with clarity, compassion, and a sense of ownership over their story.
